As a creative my objective is simple, to tell a story; sometimes, I simply convey concepts and stories through the culinary arts. My aim as a creative in the culinary industry is to curate imersive and cohesive expereinces that include cusine, music, and art in harmony.

What does an event by chef cj look like?

A chef Cj event is always conceptual! Most likely these concepts will be heavily influenced by fine dining culture and therefore will naturally be more echelon yet simostaneously being an inviting, cultural experience.

Some notable Chef CJ events are: ‘Got Chemistry’ 5 Course Whiskey Cocktail pairing dinner at Weldon Mills in Durham NC with live music by Justin D. Proir and band, in collaboration with Innovators entertain group, ‘Spice of Life’ 4 Course Tequila pairing dinner at Weldon Mills with live Latin Dance performance and classes by Annie Velez and DJ Kemo.
